This annual treat has become a staple performance of the Motor City, combining decidedly Detroit-inspired styles of jazz and gospel while weaving in blues, swing, classical and scat. This electrifying performance, featuring such well known performers as Alvin Waddles, Alfreda Burke and Rodrick Dixon, makes for a true holiday season special; Not to be missed!
Rackham Choir proudly continues its presentation for students and seniors at the Student and Senior Dress Rehearsal on Friday, December 9 at 11 a.m. A huge hit with students from all across Detroit, this is a once in a year opportunity for teachers and students to witness a truly groundbreaking show at a fraction of the price.
