Too Hot To Handel

Rackham Choir in partnership with the Detroit Opera House presents its annual performance of Too Hot To Handel. Combining decidedly Detroit-inspired styles of jazz and gospel with blues, swing, classical and scat, this electrifying performance, featuring such well known performers as Alvin Waddles, Alfreda Burke and Rodrick Dixon, makes for a true holiday season special. Not to be missed!

Rackham Choir proudly continues its presentation for students and seniors at the Student and Senior Dress Rehearsal on Friday, December 15 at 11 a.m. A huge hit with students from all across Detroit, this is a once in a year opportunity for teachers and students to witness a truly groundbreaking show at a fraction of the price.
