After 6 years, "An Evening with Alvin Waddles & Friends" returns this fall with "A Study in Blue" with Rackham Choir. Experience Gershwin’s “Rhapsody in Blue,” performed by Alvin Waddles with orchestra conducted by Suzanne Mallare Acton. Rackham Choir performs Will Todd’s “A Mass in Blue,” under the direction of Julian Goods, with Nicole Joseph, soprano. Also on the program is a collage of selections spanning 300 years of musical genres including classical, jazz, gospel, and soul, and a world premiere.
